LAIKONIK ONLINE SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Once your order has been placed online, we will process and ship it within 24 hours.
- Christmas period: we process online orders Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 10am - 4pm AEDT.
- You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post, Fastway or DHL once your order has been dispatched (if you included your email address with your order).

- Free shipping on all orders over $100.00 Australia wide.
On international orders we endeavour to bring you the best rates from Australia. We are offering free post on all orders over $160.00 or a flat rate of $14.00 for the USA and New Zealand.
- Please note all prices on this website are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping within Australia costs from $5.00 - $8.00* for all orders.
- Shipping to New Zealand costs $14.00 AUD for all orders.
- All other International shipping costs $14.00 - 24.00.
*Prices vary depending on size, weight and delivery address of orders. Shipping is automatically calculated in Step 3 of our online checkout process.

LAIKONIK RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
- You can return your online purchase within 30 days.
- You can return items by post it back to Laikonik.
- We will exchange or issue a credit note if you require another design so long as the item is in its original, resalable condition stickers, boxes, casing etc.
MAIL ONLINE RETURNS TO LAIKONIK ONLINE
- Customers must pay postage to return items to Laikonik Online.
- All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including tags, stickers, boxes, casing etc.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery.
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
LAIKONIK REFUND POLICY
- We are more then happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items. - You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to Laikonik Online only (our stores can not process refunds for online purchases).
- We will refund any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging.
- We do not refund items that have been worn or damaged through wear and tear.
- You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition.
- Sales items and any products sold at discounted prices including Laikoniks Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not refund products if you change your mind.
When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: firstname.lastname@example.org with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA)
Please note that International (including New Zealand) orders may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country.
This is normally based on items being over a certain value set by your local authority. These taxes are out of our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be. Laikonik will not mark your package as a “sample” or “gift“ to avoid these taxes. Honesty is always the best policy.
Delivery times are dependent on third party suppliers Australia Post and DHL. Factors outside of Laikonik's control such as (but not limited to) weather, customs processing times, and unforeseeable circumstances, may cause delays on expected delivery times.
